We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic rubbish Far from being a secure lock, this is a thin plastic body with a metal keyed turnbuckle. For the money I expected something metal, aluminium at the least. This device is really rubbish and I resent being charged top whack for an insecure lock. Avoid if you value your bike and carrier. Wiggle should not stock this item without this warning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple and easy to use I had read elsewhere that these can be problematic to fit. That is not the case, as they are easy to lock onto the release bolt. Light weight. Comes with two keys.

Does this fit the Thule 970?

According to Thule's website the Thule Lock 957 (this item) is compatible with the following carriers: "Fits Thule Towball Cycle Carriers Rideon 9402 9403 9502 9503 Hangon 972 9708 974" For the 970 it lists a different lock - the Thule 538 (which is a simple cable lock). Thule 538 Cycle Bike Cable Lock for 970 9502 9503 9402 9403 9705 9708
