Useful for longer daysI bought this because I needed a way of carrying an extra bottle neatly for longer road rides but didn’t want to sacrifice luggage space by getting a pure seat-mount bottle cage that would prevent use of a saddle bag. It fulfils that brief very well!
I was pleasantly surprised that with a 750ml bottle in the back it didn’t swing around unduly. The biggest downside for me was that it restricted capacity for rear lights significantly; it can be hard to find good lights that can mount to the light-mount on the bag and the bracket for this bag prevents use of most saddle-rail mounts. I bought a new rear light specifically to solve this issue.
I also found I had to add a home-made spacer to push the bag back off my seatpost to stop my legs hitting the bag as it is fairly wide. I also have my saddle mounted quite far back so it may well not be an issue for others.
Capacity-wise it really helped for a few really long days out during Covid when I wanted to carry most of my food with me.
Overall, I think it’s fairly well thought out and fills a good niche but be warned you may have to buy new lights and/or fiddle with mountings!

big bagI bought this bag as I couldn't find anywhere that had the quick release bracket in stock on its own.
The bag is big. I could get my pump along with a decent repair kit, spare inner tube and some lunch in there if I wanted to. It has 2 zippable side compartments and a net area at the back. There is a location to hang a back light too. This is most welcome as there is no saddle stem available after attaching this beast.
Bear in mind that if you use the mesh pocket that it may rub on your rear wheel depending on positioning. I put a spare bottle in there and now have a hole in my mesh...Learn from my mistake! :)
I've not had it out in the rain yet but I have everything in plastic bags inside it anyway from past experience of another brand.

compact tidy systemGood size to fit between standard bike bag and larger seat pack. Can take a lot of tools and kit with additional option for a water bottle or food if required.
This is quite a tall bag and presumably needs a long seat post to attach to - what is the minimum length of post that needs to be exposed below the saddle rails?
