Cold water swims have met their match, the Zoot Thermal Neoprene 4mm Cap. The outside of the cap uses the highest quality Yamamoto #39 neoprene paired with a soft, brushed Thermal Finex interior for maximum warmth. The multi-panel design hugs your head and fully covers your ears to insulate your head during cold water training or racing.
Do not leave in direct sunlight. Rinse with cold water after use. Do not put in a dryer, iron or dry clean. Avoid contact with sharp objects.
Measure the circumference of your head just above the ears. If you have long hair please take into account that this will be under the cap and size up.
